Christmas treats

Rum balls, White Rocky Road and Peanut Butter Balls

There is also some shortbread in the tin, 

but there isn't much left to photograph.

The kids have been busy in the kitchen with me.

I used THIS recipe for the Rum Balls

And the White Rocky road was posted to the Crafty Mama Forum by Mandy. 

I changed it as I didn't have any pistachios.

My version was:

375g white chocolate melted
1 packet of mini multi-coloured marshmallows

100g dried cranberries
100g almonds

1 cup of shredded coconut

I melted the chocolate in the microwave and mixed everything else in.

Then spooned the mix into a small paper lined baking dish to set in the fridge.
