All The way From Estonia to Australia
Machine embroidered Label
The blog doesn't tell me much as I can't read Estonian (is that a language?)
Siret lives on a little Island in the Baltic.
Thank you Siret for the beautiful quilt and the chocolate
Yes, Siret sent me chocolate! How did she know I was a chocoholic?
One looks like white chocolate with Blueberries and the other I'll have to open to find out.
Thank you to Margaret of 'Four Seasons Quilt Swap' for organising and hosting this swap.

Love SPRINGs Eternal
Love SPRINGs Eternal
Made for Susan
For the Four Season Quilt Swap
Susan requested Red and Spring.
Freemotion quilted with hearts,
Beaded with flowers and hearts
Background is pieced with scraps and strips of red.
I really loved creating this piece. It's been a while since I just let myself go. Susan has her quilt now so I can share the colour and theme with you. I'd like to make a few more of these small quilts they are so much fun to make, relatively small and quick to make.

Pigs do fly

This little piggy came all the way from WA
He's the creation of Gill.
Gill sent him to me as a swap on Craftymama's
I'm assuming he came by airmail not by road.
He did get here quickly

Four seasons Quilt Swap
I can't wait to get started!! This is my first time.
I'm so impressed by all the quilts produced in the previous swaps.
I'm looking forward to challenging myself to produce something equally as stunning.

Swap with Suzanne

I received a wonderful parcel from Suzanne on the 2nd of September. Suzanne is a member of Crafty Mama's (my favorite forum).
It's taken me this long to blog about it. I wanted to finish my part of the swap before I did.
Suzanne your swap is in the mail :) I hope you like it. It took me longer than I thought to complete my part of the swap. I ended up frogging it three times to get it right.
I'll post some photos of my part of the swap once Suzanne has it.

This is the hoody Suzanne made Lilly. The top is a Kwik Sew Pattern in size 4.
The fabric is beautiful and the workmanship and finish top quality.
You do beautiful work Suzanne.
Thank You

Crafty Mama Pincushion Swap

I love swaps!
This came from TraceyH on the Crafty Mama's forum. Amazingly the Freddo is still on the shelf in the kitchen. Only because I have a 250g block of Wittakers Creamy Milk open!

Woolaholics Swap

A Japanese knot bag, sock blockers, yummy chocolates, Patonnyle sock yarn, merino roving and a vintage Golden Hands book.
I received an amazingly spoiling package in the mail today! Thanks to my Mystery Swapper on Woolaholics! Thank you so much Mystery Swapper, I'll be enjoying those chocolates on the road tomorrow. The sock blockers look fantastic and I didn't have a set. And I love that book and no I didn't already have it.
There was a beautiful letter in my package too. Which showed how amazingly thoughtful my Mystery swapper had been in her search for the treats she sent me.

Swaps are so much fun :)

Carolyn made this beautiful smock top for Lilly. She looks so sweet in it, no one would guess she's really a little thug!
And the rumpster nappy came from Donna. Donna won it in the Great Down Under Nappy Hunt! Donna is also a hyena supreme.
There were also a couple of pocket nappies from Suzanne in todays mail and 650g of Bio- Natur Organic wool. I'm planning on soakers for the store with the wool.
