ATC swap _ Valentines

Finally got myself into gear and completed my swap ATC's for the Valentines Swap at SWAP BOT

Baking

I spent the day baking for the kids school lunches.
I made Ham and Chesse scone pinwheels - my own recipe


2 cups of self raising flour
30g butter melted and mixed with milk until it measures 250mls
A handful of diced ham
A handful of grated cheese

Put the flour in a bowl and give it a stir with a whisk to add some air.
Pour in the butter and milk stir it in and form a dough. I use my hands to work them together and give it a quick knead.
Cut the dough into two and roll each piece into a long rectangle. Sprinkle on the cheese and ham.
Roll it up and slice it 1.5cms thick.
Place on a baking tray.
Brush with a little milk.
Put in a very hot oven for 10-15 mins.

First Day At School

The kids were up and dressed by 7.20am. They were so excited to be going to school. Rose was the only one who was a little shy. The first day started with lots of smiles and excitement.

Tooth Fairy Pillows

The tooth fairy is soon to make another visit. I made a couple of pillows to help her find the teeth :D
