We've just bought the block next door.
We've had record heatwaves here and are in the midst of a drought. We had a couple of mm's of rain last week and....
Look what's poking out of the dry soil! They are so pretty.
There must of been a garden there once. Someone must of planted those bulbs. Our cottage was built in 1910 and in the past there had been another cottage next door, now long gone but the bulbs are still there :D

they look like crocus the bulbs that flowers here to say it is spring ;-)
